Key Responsibilities

  • The Lead Physician Support Representative oversees and directs Physician Support Representatives and Referral Coordinators in their assigned divisions.
  • Assigns and directs work and provides guidance and direction to physician support teams.
  • Provides input and support related to recruiting, hiring, training, goal setting, performance management and promotional decisions.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert related to physician support job duties, divisional scheduling guidelines, and clinic management processes.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $21.23 - $28.66/hr

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

A minimum requirement is a High School diploma along with two years of relevant experience, though one year of leadership experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
