Key Responsibilities

The Lead Physician Support Representative oversees and directs Physician Support Representatives and Referral Coordinators in their assigned divisions.

Assigns and directs work and provides guidance and direction to physician support teams.

Provides input and support related to recruiting, hiring, training, goal setting, performance management and promotional decisions.

Acts as a subject matter expert related to physician support job duties, divisional scheduling guidelines, and clinic management processes.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $21.23 - $28.66/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

A minimum requirement is a High School diploma along with two years of relevant experience, though one year of leadership experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with surgical/appointment scheduling software and electronic medical records is preferred, and demonstrated customer service skills are required.
