About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides both distributive and clinical pharmacy services across the ambulatory infusion center and inpatient oncology units under the supervision of the Director/Manager of Pharmacy.
  • Serves as an essential member of the City of Hope care model, working directly with multidisciplinary teams in Medical Oncology and Surgical Oncology.
  • Delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based care and provides discharge counseling to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Practices in alignment with hospital policies, practice agreements, and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
  • Required Courses/Training Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred, or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Required Certification/Licensure Current Illinois State Registered Pharmacist license.
  • Preferred Experience Previous experience in oncology pharmacy preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
