About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provides both distributive and clinical pharmacy services across the ambulatory infusion center and inpatient oncology units under the supervision of the Director/Manager of Pharmacy.

Serves as an essential member of the City of Hope care model, working directly with multidisciplinary teams in Medical Oncology and Surgical Oncology.

Delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based care and provides discharge counseling to support optimal patient outcomes.

Practices in alignment with hospital policies, practice agreements, and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum Education Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).

Required Courses/Training Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred, or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience.

Required Certification/Licensure Current Illinois State Registered Pharmacist license.

Preferred Experience Previous experience in oncology pharmacy preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
