Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and implements effective therapy programs based on clinical assessments and psychological sensitivity. They also provide patient education, consultation, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's degree preferred. Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist and American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification are required.
