Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing specialized respiratory care in critical areas such as the ICU, CV surgical unit, Burn Unit, and Emergency department, while also operating the Hyperbaric Unit in collaboration with physicians. The Respiratory Therapist is a key member of the site RACE team and the Code Blue team, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach centered on patient- and family-centered care.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and hold General Registration with the CRTO, having successfully completed the CBRC exam. Required experience includes three years within the last two years in an adult critical care setting, along with valid BCLS and ACLS certifications.
