Key Responsibilities

• will take primary responsibility for pediatric hematology and oncology needs while still providing coverage across all patient population areas.

• manage Beacon treatment plans, streamline clinical workflows, and expand pharmacist involvement in direct p.

• Provide clinical support for patients on oral chemotherapy, including toxicity checks and follow up assessme.

• manage pharmacotherapy within established protocols Serve as the primary pharmacist for pediatric hematolog.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $124,238 - $186,347

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• No weekends required.
