Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider DEPARTMENT REQUIRED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: Department: Home Health, DL

Valid Drivers License Class C or B Department: Home Health, AUTO

Friday, Variable Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
