About the Role

Join NYU Langone Health as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) Nursing Home Based in United States. Position Details Primary Department or Practice: UHS Geriatric Medicine ----- Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) Position located through United Health Services Hospitals in Johnson City, New York. This position is full-time (Monday-Friday), exempt opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

will provide health care services to patients within our local nursing facilities.

will develop and implement patient management plans, electronic medical records progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care which includes instruction and educating patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
