Evaluates and administers physical therapy treatments to patients in home care settings to restore function and relieve pain. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and supervising physical therapy assistants.
Requires a valid physical therapist license in the state of employment and a minimum of two years of experience. Must possess a current unrestricted driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and CPR certification.
