About the Role
Join Nemours Children's Health as a Occupational Therapist (Float) in United States. Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware is hiring a Float Occupational Therapist to provide coverage at all Therapy Services locations in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Monday-Friday. Coverage needs include a weekend rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- provide coverage at all Therapy Services locations in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Monday-Friday.
- provide occupational therapy, evaluation for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, ranging in age from.
- provide occupational therapy services to a variety of patient types with recognition of his/her own limitati.
- provide medical care in five states through two freestanding state-of-the-art children’s hospitals — Nemours.
Requirements
- related to therapy services.
- Completes all mandatory training; may include, but not limited to safety, infection control, corporate compliance, HIPAA, bioterrorism, CPR and program specific respiratory training.
- When required by assignment, participates in weekend/holiday inpatient coverage rotation.
- Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited university required.
