About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Must be licensed or licensed eligible * Hospice experience preferred * Two years’ experience in patient care, home care or an acute care setting * Must be self-directed; be able to work well independently, as well as a member of a team * Keep up to date professionally via education, continuing education courses, etc.

Must have the capacity to embrace a flexible work schedule to meet the patient and family needs.

Provide program development strategies for Treasure Coast Hospice, in an organized, routine capacity that wi.

Requirements

Master of Social Work degree from an approved college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

Must be licensed or licensed eligible

Hospice experience preferred

Two years’ experience in patient care, home care or an acute care setting

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $27.88/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.
