Job Requirements: An associate’s degree in nursing required.

Active and current New Jersey Registered Nurse license BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing At least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, prior Charge or Lead nursing experience.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
