Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based, one-on-one patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. They are responsible for evaluating complex cases, documenting findings in electronic medical records, and developing programs to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and possess at least 3 years of clinical work experience. An active state license and current BLS certification are required for this position.
