Requirements

Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree and have successfully completed an accredited ENT surgical residency, along with being licensed by the Alaska State Medical Board and holding BLS Certification. While 5 or more years of experience in otolaryngology is desired, the role requires high-level skill in ENT medicine, surgical decision-making, and the ability to coordinate care independently.
