- Conduct comprehensive utilization reviews and clinical benefit determinations for gene and cell therapies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support medication review processes
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted registered nursing license in an eNLC compact state
- Minimum of 1 year of Utilization Review/Benefit Review or transferable clinical experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and experience in oncology, hematology, or related fields
