About the Role

Join Dogwood Trails Manor as a Occupational Therapist – Full-Time, SNF in [object Object]. We have an amazing opportunity for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist! We are looking for an OT to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!

Key Responsibilities

Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and impact on daily occupations, well-being, and quality of life.

Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.

Assess client’s home and other environments and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities.
