Requirements

• Education and Credentials:
• Crisis Intervention Certification within three months of employment date and renewed at least bi-annually for the first year and annually thereafter.
• BLS certification. If the BLS is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), then AHA certification is due within three months of employment date.
• Work Experience:
• Women’s Choice Award winner for America’s Best 100 Hospitals for Patient Experience for six consecutive years
