Requirements

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or B.S.) along with specific residency and/or relevant practice experience combinations, and current active Board Certification through BPS, preferably in Emergency Medicine. Candidates must also be eligible for Florida licensure and obtain BLS certification within three months of hire.
