Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License (1) or

Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License (1)

Notes: (1) License in states wherever care is delivered
