About the Role

Join Arizona Center for Cancer Care as a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will understand Daily uses of hands to type, file, and write/sign documents Minimum lifting requirements of 25 pounds in order to transfer equipment, help patients with positioning, and pack/unpack supplies Frequent bending, twisting, and position changes in order to assist patients Qualifications Qualifications/Education Requirements Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with a valid unrestricted license to practice issued by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants.
  • Must have working knowledge of electronic health records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer experience with EMR knowledge Working conditions/ Physical requirements Medical office setting Moderate noise levels from medical setting and equipment Standing for long periods of time Ability to see details at close range Ability to listen and understand information through spoken words and sentences Ability to read and understand information in writing Ability to communicate information in speaking so others will understand Daily uses of hands to type, file, and write/sign documents Minimum lifting requirements of 25 pounds in order to transfer equipment, help patients with positioning, and pack/unpack supplies Frequent bending, twisting, and position changes in order to assist patients.
  • Provide basic education and counseling to patients Collaborate with staff and other clinicians to develop, u.
  • Coordinate medical care with other providers to optimize patient care Manage after hours care, including weeken.

Requirements

  • Degrees/credits must be from an academically accredited college or university as recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for the Higher Education (CHEA).
  • Good knowledge of medicine as related to medical examination, health history, the development of working diagnoses, and other areas as appropriate to the specific service provided.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
