Key Responsibilities

• Completes assessment/reassessment of patient and documents in medical record.

• Analyzes the information collected to determine patient’s needs and expected outcomes.

• Develops and implements plan of care based upon the assessment, diagnosis, and expected outcomes of patient.

• Ensures a discharge plan is a part of the individualized plan of care as appropriate to the population served.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support IF working in an inpatient area in which ACLS is required within 90 days of start date. Prior clinic or hospital experience is preferred.

• Salary: $32.00 - $51.20 / hour

• Signing bonus: $1.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
