Key Responsibilities

Provides strength

based, recovery oriented direct therapeutic interventions to clients, in person, in the community and/or by telehealth, to clients, using evidenced

based practices.

Performs patient and family

Requirements

Serves on the Multidisciplinary Team and participate in regular Quality Improvement and Utilization Review activities to drive process improvements and enhance quality of care.

Coordinates treatment and care with other providers, including for example, primary care, medical specialists, or other programs like day treatment.

Works as liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sources.

Participates in educational trainings, seminars, grand and clinical rounds.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
