Requirements

Candidates must have a Pharm.D. or B.S. from an accredited College of Pharmacy, along with specific residency training or significant relevant pharmacy practice experience in the specialty area. Required credentials include Board Certification in the specialty (or eligibility to obtain within 12 months post-PGY2) and eligibility for Florida licensure, plus demonstrated skills in teaching, project management, and computer applications.
