About the Role

Join Inova as a Medication Utilization Pharmacist in United States. Inova Health is seeking a dedicated Medication Utilization Pharmacist to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Supports optimization of medication utilization to ensure the safe, clinically effective, and cost

effective medication use and availability across the Inova Health System.

Develop clinical and operational drug shortage management strategies to ensure optimal use of available medications in collaboration with clinical and operational pharmacy teams.

Serve as the Pharmacist

Requirements

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.

Experience: Five (5) years as a clinical Pharmacist. Minimum One (1) year of experience in clinical and operational drug shortage management strategies.

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA.
