About the Role

Join Co-op as a Pharmacist – Full-Time, No Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

quality clinical pharmacy services to Long Term Care (LTC) facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management and patient outcomes.

Provide clinical oversight for LTC pharmacy services, including medication reviews and care planning. Monitor drug therapies for efficacy and safety; recommend adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in LTC facilities to ensure appropriate pharmaceutical care as a representative of Discovery Co

Requirements

Previous Saskatchewan pharmacy experience in Retail or LTC setting is preferred

Previous co

operative retail experience is an asset

Must be available for work Monday to Friday
