About the Role

Join Uniting NSW. ACT as a Occupational Therapist – Aged Rehabilitation in [object Object].

Key Responsibilities

  • will join the Occupational Therapy department to plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Occupational Therapy intervention to patients of War Memorial Hospital (WMH) consistent with AHPRA, Uniting, NSW Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies, procedures and standards.
  • will be predominantly joining our inpatient Occupational Therapy team but may assist other areas of the WMH Occupational Therapy Department as required, including provision of outpatient services or group programs.
  • coordinate and deliver high quality Occupational Therapy intervention to patients of War Memorial Hospital (WMH.
  • provide Occupational Therapy intervention in an aged care rehabilitation setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold general registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA and possess a current NSW Class C driver's license. Demonstrated experience in aged care rehabilitation and a commitment to evidence-based practice are required.
