This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

will include developmentally appropriate support for patients between the ages of 15 and 39, coordination of (AYA) Oncology Program services/initiatives at Children’s Minnesota and Abbott Northwestern Hospital, development of care plans and resource referral, referrals for fertility preservation, operation of support groups or brief therapy appointments, and other age-appropriate programming.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work and have experience providing crisis intervention, along with two years of counseling experience in a healthcare or pediatric setting, or completion of a relevant graduate internship. A Minnesota State LGSW or LICSW license is preferred.
