Key Responsibilities
- will include developmentally appropriate support for patients between the ages of 15 and 39, coordination of (AYA) Oncology Program services/initiatives at Children’s Minnesota and Abbott Northwestern Hospital, development of care plans and resource referral, referrals for fertility preservation, operation of support groups or brief therapy appointments, and other age-appropriate programming.
