Key Responsibilities

  • Include: · Effective patient care using approved treatment techniques and procedures.
  • Evaluation of patient’s condition, functioning level and treatment goals and keeping current records.
  • · After evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning administering and supervising the COTAs and HHAs in accordance with the treatment plan.
  • · Administers appropriate evaluations to assess patient’s level of function and develops therapy goals.

Requirements

  • Qualifications Include: · Licensed OT.
  • · Minimum of 1 year as an OT experience preferred.
  • · OASIS and Wellsky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred.
  • · Physical within the last year · Current TB results (within last 12 months) and CPR Certification.
