About the Role
Join Heartbeat Health as a Registered Nurse providing remote cardiovascular care. You will educate patients, collaborate with cardiologists and PCPs, and support virtual care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient education on diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Document patient records accurately.
- Conduct follow-up virtual visits.
- Advocate for patient needs.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuing education.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license (Compact).
- 3+ years cardiology experience.
- Telemedicine experience preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
