Join Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health as a Nurse Practitioner – Behavioral Health, M-F 7am-3pm in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing integrated behavioral health services to patients both virtually and in person.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with co-occurring SUD and Mental Health disorders.

• Establishes medical diagnoses based on history, assessment, and diagnostic findings.

• Collaborate with counselors, case managers, or other treatment team members to coordinate client care.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Must Haves: Must not be in recovery while working with DEA regulated medications Active CRNP

• PMH license in good standing Active or pending CDS & DEA Microsoft Office proficient Understanding of DSM

• V and diagnosis codes Organizational and time management skills Writing and oral communication skills Pluses: At least 1 year experience working in SUD population. Direct Reports: None

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
