Key Responsibilities

1 receptor agonists and related therapies. Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and reduction of long

term complications. Develop personalized care plans incorporating nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral health. Monitor patient progress using data

based guidelines and state regulations. Educate patients on lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and long

specific prescribing

Requirements

1 therapies (e. g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) or a strong willingness to adopt evidence

based obesity medicine protocols. Strong understanding of preventive care and metabolic health management. Experience with telemedicine platforms and delivering high

quality virtual care. Excellent communication skills with a patient

centered, outcomes

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
