Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution or completion of a foreign equivalency examination. Required licensure includes being a Registered Pharmacist and holding Controlled Substance licensure in the State of Michigan, which must be obtained within three months of starting the job.
