Key Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adults in a home healthcare setting with acute care needs.

Implement therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, coordination, and safety within the home environment.

Perform home safety assessments, recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications, and train patients and caregivers on use.

Document patient status, progress, and goals; maintain accurate records and communicate with the interdisciplinary team and referral sources.

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license in South Dakota or eligibility for SD licensure.

Graduation from an accredited OT program (degree required).

Ability to work a 13

week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week, dayshift.
