Key Responsibilities

• About the Paid Media Manager, Influencer & Affiliate at Headspace:
• building skills with both creators and agency partners. You will collaborate cross
• Review content and provide actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment.
• Track, analyze, and report on weekly influencer performance to leadership and cross functional partners.
• Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on performance.
• Conduct competitive reviews to benchmark and optimize strategy.

Requirements

• Lead testing & ideation for upcoming influencer campaigns.
• Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• driven, analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Mobile app / subscription experience is strongly preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
