Speech Therapist Part Time - NICU

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist provides inpatient and/or outpatient speech language pathology services including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan development, and patient/caregiver education while adhering to professional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include communicating with medical teams, assessing diet texture and liquid viscosity, documenting services, and meeting departmental productivity targets.

Licensure & Certifications

A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and an Arkansas State License are minimum requirements for this role, along with an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility pending completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year. Preferred qualifications include over three years of experience as a NICU Speech Therapist specializing in Dysphagia and FEES.
