Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours a week

• Thursday, 8am

• Provides direct patient care including rooming patients, taking and recording histories and physical examinations and communicates with physicians regarding patient care and follow

• Assures that adequate patient records are maintained, completed, accurately documented, readily accessible, and systemically organized
