About the Role
Join Careage Home Health - Pierce County as a Physical Therapist Temp Position in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within Thurston County to provide care on an intermittent basis in patients' homes.
- Provide physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Work in conjunction with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.
- Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide, as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Washington.
- Two (2) years' experience as a physical therapist, preferred.
- Home Health experience, preferred.

- Hourly rate: $75/hr.
