About the Role

Join Interim HealthCare - Ringling Group as a Home Health Physical Therapist – Per Visit in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide home

based physical therapy to pediatric patients who have lost mobility, strength and functionality due to an illness or injury

Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, OT and SLP, focused on the patient’s plan of care and goals

Observe movements, conduct assessments, document progress and modify care plan as needed

Requirements

As a Home Health PT, you’ll help patients regain their strength, manage their pain and reach their goals in a home setting where therapy is customized to their daily lives.
