About the Role

Join Perimeter Healthcare as a Intake Mental Health Technician (7a-7p) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate information regarding any changes in a patient’s condition to the program staff, such as Clinicians, Therapists, RN’s and other MHT staff.

Utilize sound judgment during assessment in order to observe and document any changes in a patient's appearance, behavior, or ability/inability to work towards meeting treatment plan goals.

Ensure awareness of patient's individualized plan of care.

Document patient’s information and treatment plan, interventions and the patient's response to intervention(s).

Requirements

High School Degree or equivalent required Certified Nurse Assistant preferred.

Required Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in psychiatric or behavioral health.

Psychiatric Technician: 1 year (Preferred) Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Successful completion of CPR and Handle with Care or Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
