Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist conducts patient assessments and implements individualized therapeutic programs to restore physical function and mobility. They also coordinate with the Rehab Director and educate patients and families on safe therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess a current Texas state license. A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, with home health experience preferred.
