Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for comprehensive direct patient care management.
- will manage a caseload of patients and exercise autonomous decision making in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of delegated medical treatments.
- will provide direct support to patients throughout the inpatient stay for all abdominal transplant patients.
- will be responsible for functions related to the clinical care and management of solid organ transplant patients and others with end-stage organ disease.
Requirements

- Masters Degree of Science in Nursing
- Current and/or eligibility for State of Illinois RN and APN licensure/registration
- Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC or AANP
