About the Role

Join UChicago Medicine as a Advanced Practice Providers, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Transplant - Full- Time, Rotating in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for comprehensive direct patient care management.
  • will manage a caseload of patients and exercise autonomous decision making in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of delegated medical treatments.
  • will provide direct support to patients throughout the inpatient stay for all abdominal transplant patients.
  • will be responsible for functions related to the clinical care and management of solid organ transplant patients and others with end-stage organ disease.

Requirements

  • solving skills Nurse Practitioner Required Qualifications
  • Masters Degree of Science in Nursing
  • Current and/or eligibility for State of Illinois RN and APN licensure/registration
  • Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC or AANP
