Coordinator, Quality Assurance RN, PACE

About the Role

Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a Quality Assurance RN Coordinator for the PACE program at College Grove. This full-time role focuses on quality improvement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain PACE Quality Plan and QAPI program.
• Coordinate participant advisory council and satisfaction surveys.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct staff training and facilitate communications.
• Assist with certification surveys and compliance.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• California State Board RN License.
• Current CPR or advanced cardiac life support certifications.
• Graduation from recognized RN/BSN program.
• 2 years experience in compliance or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
