Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Collaborate with the resident or their substitute decision maker about their needs, preferences and health status at move in, changes in status and ongoing assessment as required
- Creates, develops and evaluates plan of care, goals of care with the resident or their substitute decision maker. 2. Provide Supervision, Assistance & Oversight
- Demonstrates a professional working knowledge of all equipment used in the delivery of nursing care.
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and guidelines that reflect the philosophy of the Community.
