Key Responsibilities

• & Responsibilities Conducts design appointments for selections of options with new homebuyers.

• Provides buyers with product information, available upgrade options, pricing information within buyers’ budget limitations.

• Provides design guidance to buyers in selections by coordinating materials and colors to satisfy buyers’.

Requirements

• Calculates pricing and prepares change order contract items for buyers’ review and enters data into BOSS.

• Handles all revisions relating to color selections and change order options in timely and accurate manner with phase cut off schedule adherence.

• Acts as liaison between construction, subcontractors, sales and field.

• Responds to questions from Field, Warranty and contractors on change orders and color selections and to buyers’ issues.
