Key Responsibilities
- will work alongside dieticians, health coaches and physicians to provide a comprehensive care plan to optimize a patient’s metabolic health.
- will support a behavioral change in patients resistance to movement and exercise Familiarity with the NEAT philosophy for exercise training Develop group exercise programs for participants in the OrthoHealth Program Have an interest in evidence based education and exercise plans that can be tailored to fit patients individualized needs Interest in Nutrition, sleep and health coaching as they impact metabolic health Interprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals Responsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines Determine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow up Compliance with daily paperwork.
