Key Responsibilities

Promote/provide Occupational Therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning.

Evaluate and treat individuals with functional deficits secondary to neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions.

What you will need: NYS Occupational Therapist Licensure 1 year Occupational Therapy experience is required Home care experience.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $35.85 - $45.96/hr

Signing bonus: $5,000.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
