Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Provides clinical guidance and trainings to social service staff/shelter staff.

Completes biopsychosocial assessments and mental health and substance use screenings.

Conducts case conferences; resolves participant issues.

Constructs service plans, program notes, and other documentation and ensures compliance with funder, regulatory and LSSNY.
