• Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in Social Work required for SW I (117711).

• Required Licenses[Ohio, United States] Social WorkerOhio Social Work license required. OSW-C (oncology social worker- certification) preferred.

• Minimum Work ExperienceA minimum of 2 years' experience in acute care and/or oncology setting preferred.

Requirements

• Identification and assessment of pts and families who have social, psychological and/or environmental needs related to the impact of cancer diagnosis, treatment, or side effects.

• Use a proactive approach to facilitate pt care through Staff Huddle and collaboration with the care team.

• Ensures psychosocial needs are met and understood.
