Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for providing direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring patient safety and well-being, and supporting the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu. Essential functions include assisting with care and treatment, advocating for vulnerable patients, and providing parent/family counseling.

Licensure & Certifications

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required, and experience cannot be accepted in lieu of a degree. Candidates must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and successfully complete AVADE training within 30 days of hire.
