- Oversee sterile compounding of IV hazardous and nonhazardous medications, including chemotherapy and biologics.
- Ensure compliance with USP, USP, and applicable regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure) in the practicing state.
- Experience or demonstrated competency in oncology pharmacy, anticoagulation management, and sterile compounding preferred.
