Join BHS as a Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist I Full Time Days in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, assess, and adjust anticoagulant therapy; counsel patients on safe and effective use.

Oversee sterile compounding of IV hazardous and nonhazardous medications, including chemotherapy and biologics.

Ensure compliance with USP, USP, and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Active pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure) in the practicing state.

Experience or demonstrated competency in oncology pharmacy, anticoagulation management, and sterile compounding preferred.
