Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in pharmacy required (BS Pharm).
- Doctor of Pharmacy preferred (PharmD).
- One (1) year minimum, three (3) years preferred of acute care experience.
- Residency/fellowship in the field of specialty is desired and will count as 2 years’ experience.
